    You need to read more carefully: ALL service accounts will get 7 days. Those that are inactive and get registered before the 9th get an additional 7 days.

    Again, this is assuming what the person posted is the correct information, and I wont say I'm 100% positive on that. Judging just by what s/he wrote, though, we should be getting the 7 days on ALL service accounts. If her wording is incorrect, though, we might still be boned.

    So I've been informed that my previous ticket 2630xxx that was escalated last week on wednesday is still escalated and my issues are still not resolved.... Really..... And I keep hearing of people filling out tickets later, getting it escalated, and getting it fixed. This feels like some kind of sick joke.

    I'm not saying this is the case, I'm saying I wouldn't surprise me it it was.

    they couldnt get the chat timer to get the right waiting time and you say they have the knowledge to do an auto-kick script? i doubt it...lol

    Exactly. That's more what I'm worried about than anything; is that it just won't get dealt with because of the sheer number of other people with the same issue.

    Again why they need to implement a way for us to merge our accounts by ourselves, without their assistance. You'd think it'd lessen some stress on them, too.

    Furthermore, users who have yet to enter their registration codes will receive an additional seven-day trial should they register before 11:59 p.m. (PDT) on September 9, 2013.
    So IF it is registered before that time, it will give those players 37 days free. (That being said, I hope that I am wrong)

    Again, that's an ADDITIONAL 7 days, on top of the 7 days ALL service accounts are getting. Read the sentence or two before the bolded part.
