I repeat: this makes it VERY clear that all of us should get 7 days after maintenance.
To sum it up, if your account is inactive you will not get the 7 days.
I'm actually okay without having to line up for chat/phone, as long as they don't close down my damned ticket without fixing it :\
What does that even mean?! Is there a time limit once they escalate where they will actually do something?
I bet they're being prissy with the info. I also bet a lot of people are making tickets and contacting the wrong region. (there are more people contacting them I bet then just those of us who use this forum, NA player who may not know about the region things etc.
It wouldn't surprise me to think the actual people in the office are under strict instruction to "help the people that help themselves" In other words they're quickly rushing through those who have filled in the precise correct thing, on the precise correct form, in the precise correct manner, in the correct office, correct order, region etc, etc.
That if you have poor info, wrong region, wrong form, wrong ticket, misleading or disrupting looking "details" perhaps that you get kicked from the queue like an auto filter preventing you wasting one of the agents time over those who are pristine and perfect fix candidates, to get those done quicker.
I'm not saying this is the case, I'm saying I wouldn't surprise me it it was.

Ok I talked to Josiah L in live chat and got my ticket escalated. So I'll keep checking my account and let you guy know when it goes though.
I can't seem to access to the Chat Server. Stuck on the loading screen.

Customer Support has declined a lot over the years, esp since the massive rise in the internet.
