    The only way NA players have gotten this fixed is through escalation, period. I agree that it's bogus that the EU players are getting it done in 5 minutes, but the whole escalating thing DOES tend to work, certainly better than doing nothing and relying on e-mail support. People with the escalated tickets HAVE seen results in as little as 4 hours, and most (but not all, of course) have seen results within a day. In addition, if the free 7 days coming tomorrow morning DO apply to even our inactive accounts, a response within 7 days would be good enough.

    How do you know they apply to inactive accounts with NO game registered to them? The wording sounds like it only applies to service accounts with games registered to it.
