NA work ethic and service looks so bad compared to EU

The only way NA players have gotten this fixed is through escalation, period. I agree that it's bogus that the EU players are getting it done in 5 minutes, but the whole escalating thing DOES tend to work, certainly better than doing nothing and relying on e-mail support. People with the escalated tickets HAVE seen results in as little as 4 hours, and most (but not all, of course) have seen results within a day. In addition, if the free 7 days coming tomorrow morning DO apply to even our inactive accounts, a response within 7 days would be good enough.That's BS. "Escalation" is just another way of saying "yeah, just stfu and stop calling us, I'll use a random word to try to reassure you"
People with escalated tickets never got a response, why others got into chat and got their problem fixed in 5 min (EU players).
It's all a buncha crap if you ask me.
11 Minutes since call centers opened and I STILL can't get past the busy tone on the phone. SE customer service best customer service guise.
Once I get them on the line, I'm going to ask them to directly do something to my account.. lol. I really doubt they'll be able to help the way I imagine it. Maybe the EU tech support should call NA tech support and tell them how to do their jobs?
How do you know they apply to inactive accounts with NO game registered to them? The chat lines seem to be moving relatively quickly let's hope they settle everyone's account problems.
