    dam.. and i thought we would have made it to 600 by now.. well now that holiday weekend is over, lets see if SE:NA can finally take care of this problem. Has anyone heard if it will be corrected on a large scale? or if we are still looking at making individual request only to be sitting in queue for hours on while we are locked out of playing.

    is this fixed yet? i have yet to put in my 30day code and i am a bit scared too!!

    also i dont even think i could find the right place to input my code as the FF account page is rather confusing.....

    At least they will be extending the time on my service account 7 days today per the update they posted. This will give them time to fix my ticket and I can still play the game. If you haven't read its on the main page of the load stone.

    What I don't understand is that they created a special form to process these types of issues last week. Wouldn't it make much more sense to handle all of those requests in bulk and then have any stragglers go through the phone/chat/email support. Why haven't the people who submitted your form gotten any attention. You should have had a special support team for urgent/large scale issues to ensure a smooth launch. How do you not have any contingency plans?

    And of course, they're only giving us the 7 free days AFTER they upgrade the servers. It's horrendously obvious that they could have given us those days right away (a week ago), but they were probably glad a whole bunch of us couldn't get on due to the already stressed servers.
