    The problem with the chat system is that if you are playing on a Console (like quite a lot of us) it's largely useless, in the time it takes to type out 'Ready' on a virtual keyboard the first pull has probably already been and gone. Built in VOIP would have been the sensible option, we know it can work because the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer had it and it was pretty good.

    When I decide to play on the console I use my mini-bluetooth keyboard... You are already at a disadvantage playing on the console, might as well take advantage of any accessories you can to make up for it. Personally I only use the console for crafting, anything else is too cumbersome.
