Having a game not work on release is unacceptable

That's right, it is unacceptable. The woefully inadequate servers available at launch were unacceptable and people are rightfully upset. But things will hopefully, supposedly, be working on Wednesday, so maybe taking a deep breath and trying to wait it out would help.

Obviously you don't remember the past because the fist launch failed because of the game itself sucking not because the servers were hammered/unprepared.

This time around they got the game right because folks qq when they can't play and don't log off when they do get in...
