Yeah im hoping they open it up. Even if they dont ill reroll on a different NA server cause i hear that they will be adding server transfers here in the next couple weeks.
Half my friends are already 50 anyways since i havnt been able to play in a week.

I think everyone is also forgetting that once this game launches (successfully, easily, accessibly?) it's going to be around forever. And we have 18+ jobs/classes to level, with more on the way.

There's already a bunch of Legacy 50's in existence from 1.0; my boyfriend being one of them (and yes, I am a tiny bit jealous aha.)

Quick question-
I haven't been able to login / create a new character due to the cock-up on the added service failure, but how bad is the login / worlds down error currently? I know we're getting a lot of posts on this forum, but is it worse than it was on Aug 27th?

Watch us all reroll a different server just for them to simply fix this problem later this week.

FYI, even if you do reroll on a different server, when you ask for your account to fixed (if you have the service add problem) then your current account will be stripped of its reg code and a new one given to the correct account. So.....it's either wait and get your stuff fixed or create a 'trash' character on your account that's available to play.

It was pretty bad for both my boyfriend and I this morning, as well as last night. We both kept getting "lobby errors" and "world full" errors before either of us even selected a character.

I'd also like to mention that this happened on both NA & JP server lists. Sometimes the launcher couldn't even load the lists of either...

i was very angry myself but we all need to understand they rushed this to us in amazing time. its impressive that the game itself works as well as it does. Defiance took 5 years and still is zzzzzzz. When we can connect its bliss. we waited this long let's just let them do their thing. screaming is only gonna stress em out and make them unable to focus. we are angry because we know this game is awesome and want to log in so bad. don't bite the hand...

Hate to throw another blob at you, but I just realized that their maintenence is from tomorrow till Thursday & that can be extended indefinitely...lolwut. Talk about a demoralizing announcement. Well at least they're going to fix / add some new worlds.
