Um, I haven't played in over 5 days due to real life issues, so I've been part of the solution for at least 5 days and before that 3 more days. Where has that gotten me now? Obviously not in the game in the last 5 hrs.

Hasn't gotten most of us into the game. I'm locked out as well now and I log out dutifully every time (save yesterday when the CO2 alarm went off and the Fire department evaced us for 2 hours -.-). Point is... you had issues keeping you out, and while I am sorry to hear that, your statement still stands that you are willfully intending to contribute to one of the major things causing the problem you are raging against.

OK, I'll just come out and say it: everybody who says here they will log out once they finish playing is a hypocrite. As if anyone here who spent 4+ hours trying to login, KNOWING they won't be booted out for AFKing, will willingly log out of the game and risk not being able to login back till wednesday.

I don't care about being one of those AFKers at this point. I can't get on because of those other AFkers, so yes what is good for the goose is good for the gander. After trying for 5 hrs and not getting on because server is full, if I can get I'm staying on 24/7 if I can.

I believe most people in the Tech Support section will prob do the same.

I could see that if the game had better graphics than this game does. To be honest the graphics in this game are only really good for MMO's, my card is currently running at 15% >.> from its 3% running windows all the time. my network card is likely not working hard at all >.> i mean not too much data is really necessary from the server in the first place, my processor is running nice and cool, and i dust my computer every week.


So if your saying running this game would be difficult, in comparison to the normal of leaving your computer on with windows on it. I would say its about a 12% difference from normal on my system >.>

If your card is running at 15% usage all that means is that your CPU is trash and is bottlenecking the F out of it

*Raises hand.* I have signed out every single day knowing that any particular day I am unlikely to be able to get back on.... willingly. But then, I believe in fair play... guess I must be some kind of freak then, huh?

I am guilty of just staying logged in myself over night or while im at work knowing its a pain in the butt just to log in. If they ever do fix these issues i dont think the majority of us (myself included) would continue to do so. I for one dont do it to be a D-Bag to block someone else from logging in intentionally. I never even got a chance to play in Open-Beta or Early Access until the last hour where i was able to make my character to start off because of the issues with the login server and world servers. I feel the rage. Right now i cant even log in and ive been trying periodically to log in since 1000am EST, its now 1751pm EST.

Oh and the 900000 Error doesnt get all the afk'rs. I've seen dozens logged into main towns and branching hubs sitting there for hours.

Considering that I can barely play after work (late), I've been logging out as it should be. Heck, even last night I managed to get thru, and I had the slight feeling that today (day off) I wouldn't had problems logging (been tring since 8AM), but I was sooo wrong. At least I found an Inn before logging.

But my guess is that if there weren't server issues, most of the people that are going AFK would stop. For us that pre-ordered, the issue has been longer because we had problems accessing as well during early access.

I barely played during CB so can't comment on that. But they saw this coming, and are taking such a long time to fix it. No matter what compensation, the time we spend trying to log in won't come back. I seriously hope they fix it ASAP, can't speak for others, but I've been wanting to play this game ever since 1.0 (no PC). Pre-ordered on January, so yeah, there was hope in the remake.
