thank you Rain, so what other classes should i lvl for their buffs

For BLM, arcanist and archer are the only options to get buffs from. Arcanist has debuff on the enemy, Virus (Reduces target's STR, DEX, INT, and MND by 15%), and a barrier that makes the enemy do less damage (lvl 34 though).
