What is truly irritating about the whole thing is that the message implies there is a way to know that an 'opening is available' before trying again later. Oh and anyone clicking 'Start' only to get that same message before it even shows your character or anything else?

Spam doesn't work anymore. It fail getting the server list, Start button disabled or 1017, 2002 error even before getting the character select screen. Its like that for me since 8am and I wish I didn't log out last night.

Close client, open client, repeat as necessary until you get the start button/server list. The few times this has happened to me, it added a few min. tops. These are the occasions where my total login time approached 10 min.

Same logic applies. Whining here = not doing what needs to be done to login.

now i cant even see my character.. the world is full error comes up before my character even loads.. had never done that before.. anyway.. a nice three day weekend.. couldnt log in once.

Ummm go to hell? i had 1 hour 30 mins spare time to enjoy playing a game i payed alot for, i am and alot are going to keep trying and click faster? WTF? you can only click as fast as it will let you
and when you can not even click the start button then wtf are you supposed to do, so yeah stfu please

When you can't click the start button, you close and reopen the client, repeat as necessary.

I call BS on this, and every post like it.

If you are clicking, start, character, ok, ok on error message, back to start and repeating, there is no way you are taking this long. I have logged in mutiple times every day since early access and have never taken longer than 10 min, and the average is about 4-5 min.

Sure, you could take 9 hours. If you are actually waiting until "later," as the error message suggests, before trying again. If you only try once every 5 min., it would take several hours to get the number of tries I get in 4-5 min.

It's a numbers game, stop whining here and click faster.

I've been trying since 12:10pm its now 1:33pm...it might not be "9 hours" but almost an hour and a half is log enough. It gets aggravating when you're trying to play a game and you're logging in for hours on end and only get 1017 and 2002.

I don't have a problem with the afk people because they are doing what is necessary to stay in the game and play when they get home. This is on SE. Don't hate the player, hate the game.
