13h jusqu'a 17h, IMPOSSIBLE de se connecte. Je paye un abonement pour quoi?

Je suis chez Orange, j'ai donc aussi le problem de latence qui nes pas pris au serieux par square enix car je nes jamais eu de reponse ( decalage de 3 seconde avec tout les actions et movement du jeu).
Par dessu tout, impossible de se connecté, 4h que j'essaye, simplement impossible.. j'aimerai qu'on m'explique pourquoi on dois se laissé fair? on reçoi quoi pour rattrape l'abonnement perdu??

What do you think they are gonna say on the customer service line? It's the DEV who must receive the calls so we can see there progress, but we won't so, Wednesday is the maintenance. I am pretty sure that the problem with Orange internet FAI will not be sorted all even mentioned in the DEV Fixes that day.
