NA and EU Times for Behemoth and Odin need to be separated and set for locale time

No, the times are perfectly fine - if they set it for "local time" what about the people who are on NA/EU datacenters that aren't in NA/EU because they got better performance there than on JP server due to their location? Hole in reasoning right there.

If you're on a server tagged EU then you should expect content to be available at EU hours, not Japan or North American, same as on a JP tagged server you should expect content geared towards your time zone, because, believe or it not, these servers at aimed at people from that time zone, why should an EU tagged server have content for it that is only available when 95% of the EU is asleep?

/edit @ below - Where the servers are located is besides the point, they really should be placed in Iceland like Eve Online. EU players (should) aim for a server tagged EU as they are looking to play with people from the EU who generally have the same playtime as them so they can do content on the server at hours that suit them, rather than hitting an NA server and having to work their schedule around GMT-5.

Having an EU server with content aimed at NA time zones is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard, EU players on EU servers should have content based around EU time zones. If they wanted content based around NA time zones they would go to an NA tagged server. What appears to have happened is the sysadmins have set up each server in Canada identically so the EU servers are set with NA time zones and not EU time zones. Though I really shouldn't have to explain this, it should be self evident.

Thing is, EU tagged servers are still hosted in NA - Even on JP datacenters they spawn in "odd hours".
