Problem solved for me (EU). I called them up directly and things were sorted out 5 minutes later. What a relief!

I feel that the participants of this thread over the weekend are a huge reason this article was written. Way to go with writing into all the game mags! Maybe articles like this will wake SE up and make them take the NA player a bit more seriously and care about appeasing them so that the game has a long life span.

U called the assistance on the phone ? Because i did it too and they told me they dont have the permissions for doing it.

Ya you want to try more along the lines of between midnight and 8am not sure of their exact hours. If you live in the NA region.
