He got the EU CS their the competent ones, if he was NA he would be waiting till tomorrow to get a hold of them.Oh man their responses just get more and more Engrish as the convo goes on, too... sorry but I laughed a little bit.
I know it sucks dealing with customer support right now but your best bet would probably be to just try again and hope you get someone more competent next time around. It's the same with most customer service people. There's always going to be a chance that you deal with someone who has no idea what they're doing or what's going on, but that doesn't mean that their answer is final.
