Thanks for the heads up. Hopefully after 1 week of waiting and after multiple tickets mine will be sorted out aswell then...

Did they just say their account was fixed? -----If yes------> They are EU
L----If no, and they just cursed at SE, SE customer service, their family members and everyone they ever loved ----> They are NA
