Because the Summoner has no access to conjurer spells. His class pool is archer and thaumaturge.

After you get Fester, always, ALWAYS, start Bio II -> Miasma -> Bio. This lets you get to Fester the fastest without slowing your GCD down by using it after a casted spell, and nicely sets up your rotation.

Pre-Fester you can throw up Bio first as it does the most DPS(but least damage) of the 3.
