yes the answer to all our problems is give more money to the company causing the problem.

The thing is, that didn't work for me. I have the Boxed Collector's Edition, and I had no option to add the code directly the the Service Account I was using. Someone told me this was because it was a pre-existing Service Account from 1.0, but that doesn't make sense as the reason when they allowed me to add the Pre-Order/Early Access code to that Service Account.

I have no option to add the code either, and I had a 1.0 account too.
