Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

Yeah, I had this problem. I filled out the form, my extra 3 days they gave everyone on preorder for f#cking things up so badly ran out so I just said screw it and went out and bought a physical copy and registered the key to my early access account.

I'm not holding my breath on getting the 30 days back - if this launch is anything to go by, SE is even more f#cked up than EA.

Yes, But if you havn't played Tales of Graces f either id recommend that first the game very very intense after you advance in it!

i just beat the transylvania level on ducktales... that witch is a pain until you memorize her moves.

If you want a quick but fun rpg, download Costume Quest from the PSN. I wasn't expecting much from it and ended up having a great time. By the time you beat it, your account should hopefully be fixed.

Has anyone had any clarification about if for sure will lose our free 30 days if we accidentally added our registration key to a new service account instead of our current beta account? I've gone through and submitted the form from the help page, but its wording on the page is not clear about the free 30 days. The support text says:

"Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for any subscription fees that have already been paid for on the mistakenly registered Square Enix ID. We are also unable to transfer the subscription status from one account to another and you will be required to set up your subscription again once the process is complete."

Since there is only mention of paid subscription fees, does this mean the free 30 days of game time will be able to be transferred? After all the log in issues I don't think I'm ready for more bad news because the registration website layout was confusing...

2nd Edit: I was registering my Collectors edition code

3rd Edit: Day 2. I got generic auto-reply saying the support ticket had been received and it will be responded to within 48 hours. However, this email was responding as though I had opened a ticket about Beta access problems (Which I did not, it was about the 2nd service account issue.) I put a copy of the email in a later post in this thread (Page 40) if anyone wants to see.

if this happened to you SE needs to have an option to submit tickets to GM's who can compensate you when you give them the proof and details required. done
