A friend and I are looking for a Free Company that wont just abandon people. What I mean is, we have work and studies and we don't want to be left out of raids or events because we have real life commitments and others don't, if you see what I'm saying

I just run a DF amdapor keep with these guys.They had no idea about basic stuff about the dungeon.

After i politely told them that they can pull the succubus without aggroing the rest of the mobs, they raged about me shutting the f up, and went afk for the rest of the remaining dungeon time.I have screenshots of our discussions to prove my claims, will upload if needed.Really rude people of young age i presume.

The players involved were "Caniheall Lizzamone" and "Amputate Aiushta".

Sadly, immaturity isn't game-related, so the attitude one reflects in games doesn't match common rules of courtesy.
Disregarding such basic rules, due to imaging oneself "better", to mere "trolling desire", "just for the lulz", or whatever the reason may be,
in my humble opinion - this is my conclusion, and not a general way of thinking - discredits the whole Free Company as well as the "be nice" requirement that Zia added at the beginning.

That requirement of "being nice" was again replaced by the mentality of a few gamers believing in "raiders > others" mentality.
It might be true, it might be wrong, i sincerely don't care.

What i do care about is that the mood inside the FC stays relaxed and pleasant, and that people actually may come to us to enjoy every single aspect of this game without being ostracized or thrown away.

This said, personally i'm the first to apologize for such behaviour by members of my FC.
It's not much, but it's the least i can do.

We already have a lot of white mages that are geared, you're still welcome to join us though but you wont be prioritized in the raid groups for Coil.
Depending on your activity and so on, you may be a reserve though in case someone else can't make it.
