    I've just managed to contact a live chat SE Agent. They weren't any help. With the error code 10102, he says this error maybe caused by server congestion, we would ask you to try logging in later and then just said thankyou for your question, have a good day. So weren't really acknowledging it as an issue.

    Just tried to play again this morning and the same server issues. Has SE even posted anything on the issues that started since yesterday??

    I have literally spend more time looking at the damn LOGIN screen then actual play time. This is very disappointing.

    Well, those guys are just drones.... as long as the management doesn't say "there's a problem" there is none, if a drone would aknowledge an issue a hell would break lose in their hive.

    On a sidenote, i'm geting error 2002 and having to restart the gameclient all over since now a lot, I don't even get to see my character in character select anymore.
    EDIT: And i just noticed my characters info has disappeared from under my forum nickname at the same time... mhhh

    Same here.
    "Start" grey. Relaunch the client (20 times already)
    "Unable to update EU/NA". Relaunch the client (3 times)
    "Error 10102" for several times (30-40 atm)

    I am trying to barely log-in in the last hour, and every time an error, new one or old one, pop up. Now even the client give me some weird language error.

    I shouldn't have logged out yesterday, so i could play today. I shouldn't even think about that, i know, but given my low free time windows, i can't enrage every time with the client of the game i love

    I was able to get in at 1am this morning. I guess I'll have to wait until 1am again before I can play again. It's still not working.

    same issue but server was open for creating chars for liek 5 seconds so i manged to created my EU char at least -_- maybe in few days ill be lucky enough to play it ><
