


I'd be so happy with a 24 hour MAX time frame. I called in on Thursday night and had my ticket escalated. I've now reached the 60 hour mark. I honestly don't think they're fixing anything this weekend.*Update*
Just spoke to live chat, and was advised that its no longer possible(feasible word they used) to provide a estimate time for the fix, due to the pure numbers of these cases. My ticket has been escalated on Friday, but its not going to be quick.
I was advised twice on the phone 24 hours max.
So we sit and wait then.
Mine was escalated Wednesday night, and now Sunday morning. No fix still.Poopy.
