Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

Well I am sure Electronic arts is loving this, Next year they now may not win the worst company award again. Looking like Square and there customer service system is Going move them up a lot. LOL . Still unable to win the lottery system. That they got set up and this getting so old faster. Each day , and the fact there trying use that stupid agreement that we got to sign up just to get the issue fixed , When it was a design flaw that was on there systems and horrid directions. And now there Just sitting there drinking cokes LOL, At this thread. Game fun but i want to play the game again, With my friends again.

Anyone else feels this is sort of like going to the DMV? Fill out form, wait ages and then when you get to the counter you usually feel rather dismal? Then again at least at the DMV you actually get to that point unlike us at the moment : /

That's the thing, though. It ISN'T your fault. Even the "fixed" service account page doesn't have a proper button or anything for adding a registration code to an existing service account. I took this screenshot a few hours ago:

The only reason it doesn't have the window button is cause your on a tab that already has the windows code...

So my problem still isn't fixed I sent in another ticket as well.. It's already been two days and I'm at PAX pray the issue is fixed by the time I get back from this event. Got Yoshi to sign my copy of FF14ARR along with a poster they were handing out. Also got a TShirt for beating the Titan.

Not trying to say the page wasn't confusing to start with, but you might want to know you can only have one PC code each service account and thats why there is no such option on your screen shot cuz you have already redeem'd the CE edition and hence you can only add PS3.

If you go to your beta account you will be able to see the proper option

That service account is my service account from 1.0, though I never played long enough to get to the point where they started requiring subscription fees. It is also the account I put my pre-order code into. If it allowed my pre-order code to be put into it, it should allow me to put my $70, unnecessary purchase, only purchased because I knew this new version to be awesome and to support the company, Collector's Edition into it and receive my 30 days added into the Early Access days already on it. It should be irrelevant that it is a pre-existing Windows account.

Edit: YAY! I just got the automatic notification email that my support ticket should get a response within 48 hours! At least I know their system is working, slow as it is. Hopefully I can my 30 days merged over into the remaining 10 (or 9 or 8 as the case may be by the time they get to it) days from the Pre-order/EA code!
