ok so sometimes you have to put things into crayon so people understand.
So you live at a college and you pay for a meal card to eat, now the student population can not support the size of the cafeteria they built. So it only seats 230k people but 350k people want to use it. So everyone attempts to go but only 230k people get inside. Most eat and leave but some stay and sleep at their seats. So the other 120k people who tried to eat start getting mad about the cafeteria being full when they go to eat and some of them decide to stay as well. Now less seats are avail for those who eat and leave. The people who do not leave keeps increasing at this rate the cafeteria that was for eating now becomes a hotel for fear they will not get to eat again if they leave. People who do not leave are not the root cause of the problem the lack of cafeteria size is, but they have made the lack of space smaller and created a larger problem. When the only time they leave is when the building shuts down.
