    In a positive note, I am an NA player, and about 24 hours after my ticket was escalated my problem was finally fixed. There IS hope.

    Too bad most of us who tried to be proactive and do it before our EA ended got boned because they wanted to delete 'old' tickets. I'm sorry but if a ticket is escalated, regardless of its age, it should never just be deleted.

    You're referring to the issue our argument stemmed from, that trying to add the game's code for the 30 days play time would instead create a new account because the site's layout makes as much sense as a dog flying? Shweet! Hopefully it doesn't take too long for them to get to my ticket....I only just submitted it last night....

    follow up...

    Well, I gave up on SE customer service. I gave them a chance on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They failed me, so I just bought a hard copy of the game and redeemed my new code and added it to my service 1 account (I registered it properly this time). I am going to give my service 2 account to my boyfriend to use... At least this way I feel I did not waste money. Good luck to those who are still having issues.
