    I play on a JP server and it has been an issue since launch.

    Not sure of there is any technical difference based on my location vs. people in Japan, but I'm getting 1017, 2002 and unable to populate errors.

    hmm, Ive had no trouble, whatsoever getting into JP servers since Early Access. Notta one. Other than i am not proficient in the language i hardly get a queue. So >.> jah i guess all my luck is currently living in a house in JP
