I've been unable to connect to a customer service representative. I think I'm on my 5th queue. I actually thought that North American players would receive the same treatment as their European counterparts and advocated patience. I can admit when I was wrong though and I'm thoroughly disappointed that our NA players are being snubbed.

you cant understand because you have no brain.
1. layout of the site sucks
2. we have encountered other issues, like invalid codes, and so we lack sleep to read through anything.
3. i pre ordered on PSN and the whole new service account happened on its own. no "add new service account" button anywhere on ps3, only on the mogstation. so kindly explain to me how this happened, when you're so smart, dimwit

The website was "fixed" after a ton made this error. The options to add a code to your account were Add platform or Add service, both had no information to what they did. To be honest why could you have been able to make a 2nd account on one user name.

Get bent. Pre-order from psn store didn't give any option when logging in except to add a service account (which also showed your character information btw).
