Hope dies, and you wander The otherworld, it makes you
Dreams, they rip asunder The otherworld, it hates you
Free now, ride up on it Up to the heights, it takes you
Go now, if you want it An otherworld awaits you
Riiip!!! Rip UUUUP!!!
Rip up, rip, rip up, rip!!!
Rip, rip, rip up, rip!!! (repeat and fade)
our problem is that we bought our game and while registering it, it somehow ended up in service account 2.Oh geeze. I just assumed that was normal for everyone. Yes, 1.0 player. Started fresh on Behemoth though.
If non 1.0 players had/have fewer free days, then this is an even bigger BS issue than the already stupidly big BS issue it is. So, what are they supposed to do? Pay for a new service account, despite already having one that they are waiting to be applied correctly? I bet they don't get refunded either when the service accounts are merged.
The insanity. lol.
as for me, playing in ps3, i have no idea how this happened. i pre ordered on pSN and on launch day a few EULAs appeared in the game client. next thing i know i already have a second service account.
for most of the other players, they accidentally clicked the +add new service account button on the mog station instead of the enter code or something.
you can do what you want with your money, but i'm urging people to not let square make money off of their mistake and our grief... just wait it out and be patient. it sucks i know, but if you give them a monetary incentive (by giving them more money) customer support might take even longer next time something like this happens and we may get hit with even more codes and hoops to jump through
At the section in the middle do you see Account status: FINAL FANTASY XIV 1 and see if there is a tab that shows a 2. If so you have what we have, if not you have a different bug where I heard some PS3 players codes were wrong (I think I read you played on PS3)
has anyone had there issue resolved today
