    I want my money back.

    I can't log in the game when it is convenient for me. If I want to play I have to try logging in hours on end. Half the time I get the 1017 error before even getting to character select, and the other half of the time it says "Unable to obtain world list" for NA/EU servers. The game is good, I'll give you that, but your network team is horrible. It's been more than 5 days since early access when this was a problem, and it still hasn't been resolved. I didn't preorder this game to wait weeks for Square Enix to get their act together before I can actually play it. I either want my free month extended or I want my money back.

    You got into this game the first week of Launch. This is typical of MMOs to be buggy as shit. You have free play time right now anyways. Get over yourself and wait for them to patch the problems. Never buy a game at launch if you cant deal with thesre things fool.

    Call the SE phone support line and wait on hold for 4+ hours. Currently tickets aren't even being responded to.

    Thanks for your input, you must feel cool. This is about the only way one can actually complain to SE, it's not like they have actual customer service.

    The problem is this.....
    The game is good. No doubt you get all the fan boys and girls trying to say.... stop complaining! leave our beloved Square alone! go take a break!
    Well do you know what, I spent the best part of 3 days in beta 4 not been able to log in, ok it was a beta I can live with that.
    I then spent two days in pre-launch trying to log in, again I got mad but I lived with it.
    And now finally we are at launch I have not had one day where I can say I haven't had log in problems especially tonight were I got an hours play and that was it.

    I don't want to quit, I like the game... I LOVE Final fantasy.... but this is not acceptable! if it had been any other product I would have quit by now... it's not just the game either, the account management system is the worst I have ever experienced in all my days. Everything is a mess.

    Please sort this out Square and soon. I am losing the will to keep trying to log onto this game.

    And yes I totally agree that MMOs have their hiccups, FFXI was horrid at launch, but there are games I can mention that wern't like TERA or KOTOR, well not at this scale anyway.

    Did everyone notice that they've extended everyone's free trial? If enough people complain about bad customer service they will be compensated, which was the point of this post and why it was made under technical support. To all the high and mighty posters that just post to feel "better" have missed the point completely. Yes this is something that they will eventually fix anyways, but this is the problem with our modern world. Everyone is a sheep that just gets herded with the masses. If you don't take time to complain about discrepancies eventually nothing will be done.
