Will there be a name change and server trasnfer service? against a free ofcourse.
Similar to WoW and LoL.

They've said before that there would be such paid for services. The only talk of free services would be world transfers, considering that after Yoshi-P's admission of fault, SE has a lot of damage to repair with customer relations in the wake of Early Access and Launch.
