Over the last few days i've been in the chat over 10 times with only one successful connection and it was to an EU Agent. I've been in queue all morning, and i'm now #1 in queue. If anything happens i'll be sure to psot, but don't hold your breath. I have the feeling it won't work, I do have high hopes though. I love how they tell us to be patient and understand, but when I send MULITPLE emails and they close them and tell me to submit another? Like what the fuck?

I don't think so. Mine was set on UK for some reason, changed it back to US and chat still was not open for me.
