Anyone got any tips on how to successfully connect to live chat support? Tried again just now, it darn straight jumped to service unavailable yet its within operation time (ah nvm its saturday).

Page will say INQUARY SUBMITTED we recieved your ticket NO. its big in green letters just keep that page up i'm doing that

You have to go through like 7 steps of logging in on the support page, clicking on the appropriate ticket, hitting contact, filling out the fields, click next, click next, fill out form again, click chat support, hope that the link is open on the page otherwise you have to do it all over again. In the meantime it generates another ticket because chat is closed that you have to close yourself unless you don't mind spamming their system.

Technically I've been spamming then since Wed, a lot of good it's done me so far.

12AM PST, as far as I know. Not sure what time that is, where you are.

Here is the step by step on how i got to that link.

1. Go to: https://support.na.square-enix.com/
2. Top right corner click on support.
3. From the banners in the middle click the FFXIV one.
4. From the 4 big blue squares click the third one that says Billing or payment issues.
5. Click on the button that says Additional Assistance
6. From the dropdowns on Category assistance select Account billing and from the other one Additional Services. Enter a brief summary.
7. Then click one the Proceed with Chat support.

I hope this helps.

Technically they will be open tomorrow at 12:00 am PDT.

Considering this is my 12th combined attempt to fix this by talking to a person, I am now a level 12 complainer. I just need to stun the customer service rep in order to stop their "you can not be connected" AOE attack.
