Spent 8 hours in the queue. EU Support has now closed for the day. Fuck them and fuck them all. The most pathetic excuse for Support I've ever experienced.

This is why I was so annoyed with North American players (like myself) spamming the European chat for answers to questions that are already in this thread. I hope you get your issue sorted soon, bro. Sorry. :/

They are, NA opens in about an hour, EU just closed, apparently, and will open again tomorrow. Same with NA, they'll be opening again tomorrow.
