What the hell does that have to do with kicking people out of the support queue? Queue earlier? I got in almost as soon as it started, so don't give me that shit. There's a lot of people to help. If you had gotten into line earlier and been helped, someone else would have been in your position. Is it right? No. But I have the feeling that there are way too many people to help them all in a single day. And the people that helped those that did get it are already working the weekend. They've giving up their weekend, which would normally be free, to help.
Then explain how, instead of just telling the person that the service is too busy to handle the request, they let them queue, waste 8+ hours of their day, just to deny them access right at the end?
How do you honestly rationalise that as acceptable? Like Christ Almighty, I have no idea how your mind works if you think that's fine.
Because they aren't fucking open, idiot. People cannot legally be made to work 24 hours a day. It's bad enough they have to come in on the weekend. Don't be angry at the workers. Then explain how, instead of just telling the person that the service is too busy to handle the request, they let them queue, waste 8+ hours of their day, just to deny them access right at the end?

If you'd LISTEN, the information that they aren't open is out there.
Please don't say you made the idiotic assumption that I am talking about US service?
If they aren't open, don't let them queue. This is the most retarded system I've ever seen, it's a simulated throttle. Trust me, it doesn't take a person 20 minutes to go 1 spot up in line if the chat really isn't open, because people will be dropping out very quickly. They leave the system operational while there's no users to moderate it on the other end. The guy has a point.
Well actually they could have a 24 hour service, they'd just have to hire more people, which in this case, might be a good idea to get customers off their backs.
