    Possible Fix Idea for PS3. I was thinking of going and buying the PC version of the game and registering it to the correct account. Then I can at least play the game on my PC while I wait for the PS3 wrong service account to be corrected. Thoughts? $30.00 fix though and I already paid $40 for the PS3 game ugh.....

    Its your money, but I don't know if you can have a PS3 and PC "platform" on the same service account. Though... I guess I could check from the second service account, couldn't I?

    You can but you can't be logged in simultaneously so basically I could only play on PS3 or Windows. But I also wouldn't get a 60 day free trial even though I paid twice, so this idea is sounding less and less enticing...

    Well I just got an email that my support ticket was received (I filled out the form yesterday). How long does it take them to resolve?

    During the closed and open beta I had pc and ps3 access on the same service account. I am pretty sure that you can have both on one so I don't think it will be an issue
