
My character is still in the Free Company. And i dont receive the e-mail from a random person, the e-mail that i got was from SE and i got it only after tried log in the game and received the message. The "suspicious activity" message was on the client.

From your description, you seem to be having a different issue. You may also have gotten a fake email. It's fairly long, so I won't repost it here, but if you look at the main page of the support site, there should be this announcement: Warning Regarding Square Enix ID/Password Fraud (Jul. 1)
Please read it, and ensure you haven't been the target of a fraudulent email.
EDIT: Oh, wait. Login... nevermind. My bad, I misread.
That announcement may still be a good thing to read, though. x:

This is a related question but where and how do we navigate to a page to view our current CS tickets?
Well at least I've been somewhat productive in the downtime. Cleaned the house, fixed some wobbly furnature that have been bugging me, took a shower, played with the dog and now I'm about to teach my gf how to play the deck building game Ascension. Could be worse I guess.

You'll need to be logged in to the support site. This needs to be the case both when you MAKE the ticket and when you try to find it. It will be on the right side of the page, under your username and info.
For NA:

All tickets and their status should be on the right hand side

You almost make it sound like if you were playing you wouldn't shower :P
