Even without your translation the word Roegadyn is clearly there. The fact she is considered a Roegadyn should be enough to have kept it.

Im pretty sure that by "introduce" they meant as NPCs. He also said "wanting a female Roegadyn" and not too long after, we got one. As a NPC.

Don't get your hopes too high, as long as we don't get confirmation the devs meant PLAYABLE.

He said they would try to "Implement them by the PS3 Release" Merlwyb is coming way before the PS3 release.
