very few tanks and some of them suck in dong their job

A tank who insults isn't a good one. But one who can't keep the agro doesn't suck. Sometimes, if the DPS is TOO good, THEY will get the agro, no matter what the tank does.
It happened in the first dungeon I did.

So I would ask that you don't go around saying that some tanks suck at what they do, cause some DPS suck as well. Just give them time, let them level up, and when they do, they will be able to keep the agro on themselves, because it seems what level you are also has to do with how much enmity you're getting from the boss, or just the minor enemies.

Actually...that shouldn't be possible if they're attacking the same enemy (and start at the same time). The tank should be spamming savage blade combo to maintain hate, I haven't seen a dps steal hate over that ever.

It seemed possible with my group, but that could have just been attributed to bad luck. Lol
