this will only work for EU players, this is because the lines are split into 4 domains UK, US, German and French, this boils up to 1 line for NA while EU has 3 if near the end of a queue try switching and you'll usally find a significantly shorter lineAttention EU players

Once you have hit the chat line if you ended up with 5/2 at the end of the url you’ll most likely have 150 in the queue, at least 2 hours wait and as soon as you hit 0 you’ll find a lack of agents. The trick here for a speedy resolve is to switch queue use 5/3, 5/4 or 5/5 I used 5/4 and reached Cynthia in only 10 min waiting, and a further 5 minutes while she sorted out my problem
When you get to talking with a Support agent you’ll need to give them your ticket number, Square Enix ID, the registered email address and your date of birth so they can verify your account. So keep that handy
I don't get it......people get a hold of customer service after I do and are logged in and playing the game.
I was told on the phone that they were doing the fixes "in the order they received them"
I got through on the phone yesterday about 2pm edt got emails from square last night about 11pm edt
Guild mate of mine gets through on chat at 4 am edt this morning, by 10am edt he is fixed and playing while I sit here and wait.
don't tell me that you are doing them in the order you receive them because that is and out and out right dirty lie.
Looks like all the people are getting the # errors and are starting QQ threads again...

I have an important question. Since they refuse to talk to NA for right now, I was wondering if since they are merging, will the characters I make on service two also be on service 1 once they are combined?
