Forums getting clogged again, must be more ppl logging on to see they can't play service 1 accounts.

I created a ticket at launch after I got the prob. 12hrs later got the auto response itll be responded to and resolved in 48hrs.... about 12hrs later, a full 24 got message it was closed due to high volume and so I created a second ticket. got auto response 24hrs later... I created a 3rd bitching... 25hrs later got a response. and my 2nd ticket has been closed... so I got even a 4th ticket and today, 15hrs later I got that first auto response. so first 2 tickets closed within 24-30hrs and I got 2 more lovely worded tickets open... their support has been closed since 6pm pacific. im eastern I was literally on that phone every min calling, busy, and never even got thru to be put on hold. I work 9 hr days this whole week.... and its closed until Tuesday due to labor day.. so this whole fucking weekend is a complete waste of time. cant play my beta chars. not touching my 2nd account with the CE cause the chars I want are already created. lvl 23 is my main... and im not starting over. even if I do create, itll be deleted once my accounts are finally merged. and it is also PAX weekend, so they are out there promoting the game yada yada yada... I am utter pissed off with square-enix and they may permanently lose me entirely.
