    Op here. So this is day... I lost track lol.

    Still no action done for me. I've tried live chat. I've tried email support. I can't do phone support because I'm busy with classes during most of their active hours and they don't have weekend support. *Sigh* Starting to lose hope lol.

    Does anyone know if there's gonna be live support today? The weekend is really the only time I'm gonna have a chance to get this issue fixed.

    I've seen few EU player got their problem resolved.it sucks for NA players.Anyone know when will the NA chat live work?

    Selective memory/reading I suppose. I mean, how many times in this thread has it been stated that North American players will get no help from European customer service? Yet they're still spamming it and compounding the problem for European players.

    I didn't even realize that I was in the EU queue. Once the representative told me I was and he couldn't help me I thanked him and logged off so he could actually help someone else.

    I guess NA is SOL... I'm working today though. How long is the NA chat going to be open?

    Now, now, people. Let's not turn on each other because Square Enix has terrible customer support. NA players are getting angry and desperate for a resolution, as are EU players (despite having more luck at getting their situations resolved.) We're all in this sinking ship and have to rely on one another to stay sane. Let's not fight one another, but attack the common enemy: the customer support system.
