    Op here. So this is day... I lost track lol.

    Still no action done for me. I've tried live chat. I've tried email support. I can't do phone support because I'm busy with classes during most of their active hours and they don't have weekend support. *Sigh* Starting to lose hope lol.

    Does anyone know if there's gonna be live support today? The weekend is really the only time I'm gonna have a chance to get this issue fixed.

    Noon PST? alright. How is everyone connecting to the live chat. Are they still going to the support page, filling out another ticket, then selecting live chat during live chat service hours? I haven't had a chance to read every page here yet, but I saw some people mentioning direct links to chat support.

    I have just got my account sorted. I finally got to speak to Agent Paul on the EU Customer Live Chat and he fixed it for me right there and then. My second service account still exists and I'm not sure if it is worth removing myself - I'm too scared to touch anything, in case something else will happen.

    I do feel sorry for NA players, but I stand by my previous post. Please do not try to go through EU Customer support because they can't and won't help you. All you'll be doing is making the queues longer than absolute necessary for EU people who can get help. Saying that, I want you guys to get your account sorted and it's a disgrace that NA support isn't available right now.

    I have faith that everyone will get their accounts fixed. Good luck!
