Well speaking for myself, I have never tried to use NA Customer Support. For NA players to contact EU Customer Support over this issue is a complete waste of time as the agents cannot access the information. All it is doing is overflowing the queues and slowing EU players from getting into contact with support agents.

@ Matrinka
Any action on those emails you sent in to the media?

so i'm on queue (12th), and since NA CS are not coming in for another 5 hours, am i just moving up the No Agent line or are people giving up and I'm going up the queue?
EU Live Chat Support:
SEE Agent Chris: Hello and thank you for contacting SQUARE ENIX Customer Support. Just a few moments while I review your question, please.
You: Greetings.
SEE Agent Chris: Hello, how can I help?
You: I've added my Collector's edition to a seperate service account.
You: Which was a mistake as I already had a service account for my early access
You: I'd like to see them merged without losing any bonus rewards or subscription time.
You: I don't mind my characters getting deleted in the process.
SEE Agent Chris: Can I take your SQUARE ENIX ID please
You: ******
You: Service account 1 is the early access (windows platform), service account 2 is the CE edition (windows platform)
SEE Agent Chris: Ok, so you are looking to move the game from service account 2 to service account 1, is that correct?
SEE Agent Chris: Can you confirm your name, date of birth and e-mail address on the account please?
You: Or the other way around depending on what the easiest solution is
You: date of birth is ******, e-mail address is ******
You: Will I retain my 27 days subscription if service account 2 (my CE edition) is moved to service account 1 (early access)?
SEE Agent Chris: This should not be an issue
You: What about the characters that are currently on service account 2?
SEE Agent Chris: I will speak with our head office just now to try and get this moved for you. It may take 10 minutes or so, so please stay on chat and we can confirm if this is done
SEE Agent Chris: It is not possible to move characters I am afraid
You: Will it get deleted so I can reuse the name of the character?
You: As I am quite attached to the name, if possible I'd like to see the character deleted ^^
You: His name is ******
You: (unable to log on myself to delete it atm)
SEE Agent Chris: The service account would be cancelled, so you should be able to reuse the name, however we can not guarantee this
You: Alright
SEE Agent Chris: Do you still want me to escalate the request to move the game?
You: Yes please.
You: I managed to just log in and delete my character just incase.
You: Logged out now incase it interferes with the action of merging accounts
SEE Agent Chris: Ok, thank you
SEE Agent Chris: Thank you for waiting. Our head office has confirmed the game has now been moved to the correct service account for you.
SEE Agent Chris: Is there anything else I can help you with
You: That was all, thank you!
SEE Agent Chris: Thank you for visiting our SQUARE ENIX Support Chat line. Take care and have a good day!
SEE Agent Chris has disconnected.
My Service account 1 has now both the early access rewards and the CE edition.
Service account 2 is still up it seems, with just my old CE edition.

You must be new here, you really think the NA's are whats stopping you from connecting? Got news for ya, that's not the case.Well speaking for myself, I have never tried to use NA Customer Support. No one has emailed me back yet about writing to the media... I'm hoping it is because it is still relatively early and a holiday weekend.
Just a note to NA players: don't bother with EU customer support, they can't help you.
Exactly. I'm sorry you're competing with North American players in the European queues when they know NOTHING CAN BE DONE for them. We still have 4 hours until our service center opens and as much as these people are spamming this thread they should all know better unless they cannot read.Well speaking for myself, I have never tried to use NA Customer Support. If they can't read, why would they try support chat?
How would they even get this far in the first place?
