    I don't mean to be rude to NA players, but it's inconsiderate to be using the EU Customer Support when a) they cannot help you and b) you are making it difficult for EU players to get their problems sorted. NA Customer Support will be re-opened, just be patient.

    Sorry Matrinka, I kind of agree with Amoux here. Especially since with your recent foray into EU chat, 'Paul B.' mentioned that EU CS had no access to NA accounts.
