Hey, question for those of you who managed to get this issue fixed...What did you do with service account 2? Did you cancel it or just let it run out?
I gave up after several days of my tickets being closed, no one answering phone support and went out and bought another CE copy of the game. The money I spent was well worth not having to try and deal with customer support anymore. The game is awesome and it really sucks that the customer support side of things is giving it a bad name. I wish everyone the best of luck and hope everything works out for you.
