Unable to update the group NA/EU Character List

Finally done studying for 4 days looking to get some gametime in still the problems are not fixed.

Couldnt even log in on wednesday for 5 hours toe ven make my character...god what a launch

Error 2002, lobby server cannot connect.... NO REALMS CAN BE LOADED.... FAILZORZ

Getting pretty annoyed with this. Its like playing the loto just to connect to the NA/EU worlds and then you gotta play it again to see if you'll even get a chance at being in the queue or not!

Kinda wish I had waited a month to redeem my account. That way I wouldn't have wasted so much of my free game time.

All the servers *are* online got a mate playing at the moment, the damn World list is broken, again. No official acknowledgement from SQE at all . Thanks a lot.

Okay 2-3 days of trouble is understandable, but come on! games been out for a week now! and we still can't play with any reliability!

Yeah I've all but given up playing on the weekends until the servers get increased capacity. I just wish this had occurred weeks ago, since I've been having this problem since open beta.

On the plus side, my garden looks great. Still wish I could be playing though.

When they were up they were up and when they were down they were down and when they were only half way up I got disconnected (error 90000).

I'm not sure who was responsible for forecasting sales... but they really dropped the ball. Its too bad its raining here, otherwise I'd be out and about. I've had no issues logging in around 7:00pm where I am as the rest of the world is asleep, but that doesn't do me any good on a gloomy Saturday morning

And this is the part that get's everyone's briefs in a barrel knot. Lack of communication between SE and the NA/EU customers. With all of their recent hubbub with trying to win over western audiences, you'd think adequate communication with us would be a top priority. This area is SE's biggest failure as a multinational corporation.
