Does anyone know if getting disconnected from chat is completely random? It seems many of the folk even on the EU side still get booted after a 2-3 hour wait.
It dawns on me I've spent more time chatting with ppl on these forums than I have with ppl in my FC.. how sad is that? lol
hey guys, i am using ps3, i got my physical disck yesterday and my dumb ass accidently entered the registration code on my girlfreinds user screen instead on mine (i had open beta on mine and during that time i linked sony account with SE)...
So when i went o play on my girlfreinds user screen it said "this account is already linked to a sony account."
Ok no big deal just go onto my screen
When i went to log on my screen it said inccorrect service account or something"
So even though i have my physical disc i cannot play on either screen...
Is this the same problem u guys are having??
Is there a way to un-link my sony account to SE so i can relink it to my girlfreinds screen so i can just play on that???
Im getting real close to trying to exchange the disc at gamestop for a new code cause this is pissinme off and i cant seem to get any help from SE....
Edit: also i only have one SE account and i cant even see in account management wich service account it is....im so confused
Got through on 5/3, EU support as predicted, nothing the guy could do, just told me to contact NA support. Oh well. I'm 3 in queue in 5/1, so when NA support does finally get in to work, I should be one of the first to talk to someone, and hopefully they can actually DO something.

At this point, it's a matter of principle for me. I want what I paid for and nothing more. Am I partly to blame? Yes, and I accept that. However I don't hold a candle to SE on this, simply look at the number of ppl having the same thing happen.
