    no do not listen to these people..... When you registered teh first time you registered your preorder bonus item code and your preorder code to get in to head start. When the game launched is when they actually charged you for your purchase of hte game hense sending a new code out called digital rights. it will be a new code. Subject of the email will be Product now available with an order number. enter that new code on the https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...n?cont=account and you will get your free 30 days. We followed these steps on all 4 of our accounts and it worked just fine.

    Ok makes sense but I don't got this email. How do I get it? or should they of sent me it already ? .. I do have a serial number/product code... stressful this is...
