    Just got booted from 2 chat sessions on the NA chat support. I had tried 5 times earlier this week, waiting 2-4 hours each time, only to get the "no agents available" message.

    Same deal folks. Any word on whether our lines will be open today? I'd hate to not be able to play during our 3 day weekend.

    That is how they always work. They add in fake queues. I had this happen to me when I was 80 and it passed NA hotline time. 2 hours later and it said DERP cancelled.

    So we can start queueing for chat now? I don't believe SE customer support opens until noon, pst... which is 3pm on the east coast.
