So that begs the question, why the difference in treatment from EU to NA? Had 5 chats get cancelled on me yesterday after reaching 1 in the queue. I don't want to call them as it would just be cheaper to buy a new fucking game and I refuse to reward SE's bad behavior.

Not all of us, being an EU player who got support yesterday I ended up getting the timeframe "2 days" after providing the usual information. I can only think of myself as unlucky or those people are lucky now, haha.

Why not get another chat going? That is what I would have done.

Because SE finally realized sending NA and EU region tickets all the way to Japan just to get them fixed was so backwards ass, they said "WAIT A MINUTE!!!!! EACH REGION COULD HANDLE THIS SITUATION!!!!!!! EUREKA!!!!!!!! Look forward to it!!!!"

I queued up for NA chat 6 times yesterday. 5 out of 6 I got the error. The last one was a complete disconnect since they force closed the queue at exactly 6, lol. Great customer service.

Except I'm in the EU and when I tried to resubmit the ticket it says the chat is currently not available.

I was #1 then got no agents in eu, probably a bug, resubimted now.
