It was number 2 at the end. Like i said, No idea. I've been running multiple chats since yesterday and i've had the same windows open the past 24 hours.

apparently it is. got cancelled 5 times already upon reaching number 1 in the queue

5/1 NA is open I'm currently in queue and waiting to see if I can be helped whether its a Eu or NA chat line.

Yeah I am in queue for NA, but I think it will lead to a dead end. Chat isn't supposed to be open till noon PST.

The queue is going nowhere, it seems. It's opened, but there're no agents logged in, apparently. They only ones working in SE, are the EU team, for customer live support.
