    The EU agent that I talked to yesterday at about 5pm or so didn't fix it instantly for me, strange. What did I do wrong? Haha. The past couple of EU seem to be getting fixed on the spot. I can't say that I feel comforted after the chat, she must have been a newly employed support because she was afk often and not sure of what she was doing, while I will avoid posting her name here I will say that it ended up taking 40-50 minutes after being pulled into the Live Chat with her.
